Professor Colin Lizieri is Emeritus Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge and a leading expert in property markets, with over 40 years' experience as a researcher, consultant and academic. His work has been recognised through major international awards, including the David Ricardo Medal from the American Real Estate Society and the International Real Estate Society Achievement Award. He has advised governments, central banks and sovereign wealth funds worldwide, chaired the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Future of Real Estate and Urbanization (2014–16), and served as Head of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy from 2015 to 2019.
