Emma Jung is a student in the elite MA programme "Responsibility in Science, Engineering and Technology", an interdisciplinary programme in Science and Technology Studies, at the Technical University of Munich. She previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and her work now focuses on the societal dimensions of technology.
She is a scholar of the Elite Network of Bavaria and an alumna of the Bavarian Elite Academy. During her studies, she undertook international periods of study at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and at École Polytechnique, where her work led to a research paper in transport policy presented at the TRA 2026 conference.
Prior to joining CSaP, Emma completed a research policy internship at the Fraunhofer EU Office, gained experience in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and worked in various engineering roles.
