Dr Matt Pritchard is the Co-Lead for the Nature-Centric Catalyst at the University of Reading. Previously he was a sustainability director at Baringa Partners, a B Corp consulting firm. He co-led Baringa's nature practice and worked with clients in various sectors on their sustainability strategies and related challenges. He was a member of the UK Government’s Expert Advisory Group on Resilience and the National Adaptation Programme Working Group, and was a former Co-Chair of the Civil Service Environment Network. He gave masterclasses to a range of government departments on developing capability to meet emerging strategic risks and opportunities. He has degrees in archaeology and anthropology from Cambridge University and a doctorate in science and religion from Oxford University.
