Rosie Mughal is currently the UK Oncology Policy Lead at AstraZeneca, where she helps to inform policy developments that will accelerate access to cancer treatment and drive improvements in patient outcomes. Having spent over a decade working in health policy, she enjoys bringing together cross-sector experts to collaborate on shared challenges and co-create policy solutions that will transform healthcare.

Over the course of her career, she has worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies, patient advocacy groups, healthcare professional organisations and health system providers. Through her work, Rosie is committed to elevating the voices of underserved populations, sharing evidence-driven solutions, and catalysing action across sectors to close gaps in health outcomes.

Rosie studied history and politics at the University of York and holds an MA in European history from University College London.
