Sean Cregten leads Strategy and Programmes at Islington Council, with a corporate portfolio covering change, policy, strategy and engagement, resident equalities, and communications.

He has previously held roles in public sector consultancy focussed on economics, public management and programme delivery, and inter-agency governance of wicked policy problems in the UK, New Zealand, and Canada. He has a particular interest in the start-up and scale-up of impactful new ventures and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
